Welcome to Emma Nicole Wellness, where your path to better health, balance, and mindful living begins. My mission is to empower you to create positive, lasting changes through nutrition, movement, mental wellbeing and restorative sleep. As a Health & Wellness Coach and Yoga Teacher, I specialise in offering personalised, in-person sessions that support you in achieving realistic and transformative goals.

About me

Hi, I'm Emma Nicole, a Health & Wellness Coach and Yoga Teacher dedicated to helping you lead a happier, healthier, and more balanced life. As a graduate of the College of Naturopathic Medicine, I will bring my knowledge and deep passion for holistic wellbeing to every session. My aim is to empower you to create healthy habits that fit in with your lifestyle and stand the test of time.

I believe that wellness should be a personal and enjoyable journey, which is why I prefer in-person sessions, offering a relaxed and supportive atmosphere. Whether we meet in the comfort of your own home or a private space, my goal is to create an environment where you feel heard, inspired, and ready to take steps toward your best self.

I am based in Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire, and I’m happy to travel within a 20 mile radius.

One hour private one-to-one sessions, held in the comfort of your own home, with gentle background music to create a sense of peace and tranquillity. Simply wear comfortable clothing and find a little space for us to place our mats.

The Wellness Edit

My 3-month Health Coaching program, The Wellness Edit, is designed to help you unlock your full potential and make meaningful changes in your health and wellbeing. This 1-to-1 program is tailored to your unique goals and focuses on nutrition, movement, mental wellbeing and restorative sleep. Together, we'll set realistic and achievable objectives to guide you toward lasting results.

- Initial session covering health history and goal setting (90 mins)
- 5 further sessions of health coaching (45 mins each)
